A big contributor to holiday weight gain is the lack of activity. The key to bypassing the extra holiday weight is to make it a priority to burn some calories. Here are three examples of something you could do this holiday season to ensure you get some physical activity.
- Park your car further away from the store entrance than you normally would.
- Walk a few extra laps around the mall.
- Allot a specific time during the day where you can exercise for 15-20 minutes.
Get creative with these options. Think of something that you do a lot during the holiday season and try to incorporate some type of additional physical activity.
